...2 months we tried for many times they was ignoring us as many time we call them. And they didn't give us our last month salary I'll never forget thos days with Cyfuture. Please never ever join Cyfuture if they ask you to join for the client location they will lie you for many things and they don't care where will the employee go if the work order has beed ended. So i suggest everybody of you never go with bloody Cyfuture.

Its an mnc and cmmi 5 but if deployed at client side thn all in vain. As no salary is offered as per experience and no involvement in festival like holi , Diwali. Apart from this only -1-2 k is increase here as a appraisal. And they listen to client only.

So much politics in company you not promoted if you not doing chaplusi over there , salary date is too late , good for freshers if not not work for money bcoz they are so conjus to give you high salary

Dear sir I dislike because In Cyfuture Management is not good because waha lift nahi chalu huva hain and salary bhoth kam hain old logo ko New joiners ko Acchi salary hain and Dekha jaye toh canteen ki bhoth issue hain And Bolu Toh TL and Quality Wale ko bhaer se hyer karre ho jab ki kitne purane log waha kam karre hain because woh log ka education mayene rakhta experience nahi eshke liye yeah company Mere jarurat tak ho sakta hain pr shayad mujhe promotion ka nahi ho sakta hume commitment kiya gaya 6 months main tu me promote kiya jayega but yaha kisi ko promote nahi kiya jata joh 5 saal Cyfuture main kiya usse nahi kiya gaya toh toh hume kya kiya jayega So please Thoda employees pe dhayan doh Dear Cyfuture

...here are more cases against the owner of this company than probably anyone else. Not only this, but the salary is never on time. If you want to ruin your career, your life, and especially girls if you want to face harassment, only then should you join this company.
