Actually CYBERNOOR was very good but the recently appointed Non-tech management team is not worth and capable in any aspects to handle clients as they don't even have a proper communication skill

The work culture and work life balance is excellent. The technologies you get to work on are latest technologies as per the market trend. Company policies are real good, well defined process to work, helpful environment and really good communication with managers. Opportunity to learn and work on new things. Since a lot of people are experienced, if you are a beginner , you'll get to learn a lot about managing and implementation stuff from them. Flexible working hours and work from home policy helps a lot in managing work life balance.

I am very gladfull that I got opportunity to work with Cybernoor. In Cybernoor I am playing a role as TL .As a TL, I learnt many things from past 4 years. To talk about cybernoor, first thing I have to speak is about our CEO and establisher Ahmed. I have never heard\seen a person with such passionate in technical things. Ahmed will be available to us to support around the clock when we face any challenges. I am blessed to work with such person. And also I am thankful to Murali\Susant who are always with me to guide when I face any hurdles in managing the team or vendors. Also company has nice work culture and allows employees to work freely. Also we have good support from seniors and employees are motivated and appreciated for their work. Use of latest technologies to easy work done. And there are many such good things but these are major points. And coming to my other mates all are very friendly and I am really happy with the work environment in Cybernoor. And thank you all and thank you for giving this opportunity.
