interview process is a joke, HR just wanted the job of her to get done, doesn't care about the candidate time and effort job posting information is also not accurate-- got to know some more information after giving 5hr of test, they wanted someone with laptop. its sometime wfh, if a company cant afford laptop to employee then why hiring full time employe hire a free lancer instead they wanted immediate joiner as mentioned in job posting HR round just enquired about past experience, then gave 5hr test to created dashboard with HTML CSS bootstrap then the next week - gets reply the concerned person is unwell then the next week no reply usually what happens is hr round then technical round then the test If the technical person is confident then proceeds to test. here is a joke. writing this so no-others time gets wasted as mine about one week with effort on test
