The Salary and Increment packages are not as per Market Standards and Promotions are not happening as per Seniority, Qualification..etc.,

There is no work pressure and timings is good. No salary cut off for leaves and Monthly leaves also available

It's very worst company they are not supporting employees and not giving proper increments There is no value for employees HODs are very selfish not responding in mails or about work and late project complition

... team members. Learn about Aluminium Formwork and high rise residential works. Salary will get deposited on 1st of every month. Which is rare in construction companies. But now a days company realising the importance.

Dislikes

Management is very keen to sales and fullfill the depart of sales requirements faster than construction departments. Board of Management is very good. But the department heads do not take up the clear issue and picture of situation where the attention and support from management is needed. Work culture been polluted with favourite employee scenario. Be it non performing, or performing. Mostly non performing. HR roles are limited to hiring and firing. No other areas of concentration to increase awareness of HR policy, company benefits, on job trainings, channeling employee issues direct to HR and management etc. Appraisals are very predictable, because of H.O.D and favouritism culture. Main reason of leaving the organisation, continuous disappointment in appraisals through the years.

Good work environment and good culture. I felt very happy I was work with them. It's a good experience to growth my career.

I would like to say, there was no any dislikes from my side. Everything is good for me.
