Nothing good about this company.

Dislikes

- Lots of politics internally and externally in US counterparts as well. - No plans to develop Centre of Excellence in Marketing in India. - Hire and Fire company - No career paths designed for employees. - No open door policy - Salary comes first and then your Hike letters - there is no discussion about performance reviews . - The Only company which operates on whatsapp groups . - HR gets involved in business decisions. - No Employee retention policy. - Caste feeling inside the organisation.

The culture. Leadership say they are all about culture, but to me with bad leadership you can not have a good culture. It start at the top you can not put bad leader in position of responsibility and expect to have a good culture. Leadership is a part of a culture with bad leadership you have a bad culture. My two years here and my leadership team has changed three times. This is far from a great culture.
