The colleagues were helpful and made me feel like I am in a good company. Just after 2-3 year span of my job, I realized there is no growth and got into saturation whether you consider salary or skills. All the work, you just have to do on your own, no significant process, no growth opportunity, no skillset improvement, nothing. Just a regular salary job. Also, freshers are exploited there, they have to sign 2-3 years of bond, some people have been sued by the company for breaking the bond. They hire you and tie you to their company like you are not an employee instead their pet. Not recommended to any one.

No growth, no salary hikes, no opportunity, no defined process, waste of your career and time.

...cts. There is no dedicated QA team who is responsible to test developers work .. they will be only assigned if their client is agreed to pay for QA otherwise only developer will play a role of QA. This company CEOs always focus on Quantity of developers to increase and show off in market that they have large no of devlopers team ... instead they should focus on Quality of work. The worst face of this companys poor management shown in March 2020 Pandemic time when they suddenly fired more than 200 people who had just started their career in last 6-1 year time.Approx 200 people were moved on Leave without pay it means they were forced to give their resignation because company was not able to afford their salaries.... They deducted salaries of people and promised to pay but NEVER completed their promise. If you are going to join this company then forget about your career because even after 10 years of hard work you won't get any growth or a good designation because they have a legacy based non working hierarchy of people who play politics all times with hard working developers careers. So they can fire you any time THERE IS NO JOB SECURITY IN THIS COMPANY... I REPEAT NO JOB SECURITY. My so many hard working friends had taken their home loan only on belief of this companys brand but they have lost the faith and their brand in the market.

No job security, less pay, unspecified and unknown salary deduction, long 9 hours of job. Which exclude your break time. * They deducted salary and never returns You should do freelanceing rather than joining CIS atlest you will get all the money of your work. Don't join CIS , if you are good at what your are doing.

... past 5 years, I can surely say that it is one of the best workplaces in Indore. It is an excellent company to work at that offers an employee-friendly environment, has a good salary structure, great ambiance, supportive staff, etc. I've really grown working as a BDE here and look forward to continuing my journey at CIS.

HR people are not so good, they can deduct salary by any reason, in the pendemic situations also they are deducting salaries, frequent change in HR policies, no rules, no job security, they give lollipop to Freshers to join the company and pay nothing for 6 months, ask for bond and put pressure to complete the bond even if employee is not happy to stay. 10 hours working policy and they pay as per hour, in 2020 they fired many people for no reason and did not pay salary, have 90 days of notice period during which they do harassment of employees, don't look at infrastructure look at work culture and I would recommend not to join it.
