I was a intern at Ahmedabad branch, I met few people there who were seniors to me I want to write about them. The company is in such a hazard situation because of these people's. Ravi, JK, Keval - Old class people's, doesn't know about new technologies used in software development in market, fooled the MD Ashok Kumar for a year extorted some crores rupees from him and delivered a third class Btech grade final year project 😂. Then MD removed them from company few months back. This hazardous situation could have been sorted if the MD's trustworthy Rushi (a parent company guy) Salesman/ so called Business Development Executive have reported things on time, or had updated him on the problems company's employees were facing because of Ravi JK Keval. That Salesman is very clever he thinks he is smart in every aspect he thinks he knows everyone else work but it's not like that. Then there was Reha so called operations manager she also known about the misconduct of the activities done to the interns developer's. Then my reporting manager Virat (he is engineering manager deployment by Ravi JK Keval) he is always quite never takes stand for his fellow teammates, trys to do kindly of micromanagement. HR Deepak always delays in HR related queries. Says things are management discussion. At last I met many good co works like HR Ayush HR kunika jayesh sir hardik gajanan Ajay Rohit Abhijeet Nikhil and many more. They were helpful in many ways. I hope they might also get released from this company and get a good start. I hope someone from company reads this and close this company because this doesn't have the quality to survive by always fooling people around.
