1. Cybage is the best company if you have started your jounery as a fresher. 2. Company has a good growth and they provides good appraisals and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. 3. Companies policies are good, work culture is well balanced and if you are working with cybage means your job is secured. 4. Office building is awesome and they are going to open soon one more tower. 5. There are lot of opportunities and exposure to the new technologies.

1. Some projects could do more better in terms of management. 2. They have to hire good resources to increase productivity of the projects.

Likes

Pune location is better than other locations (Hyderabad, Gandhinagar) Good scope to learn new things. Job security - they think twice & thrice before layoff. Good for non-technical people

Variable pay - 10%, they give good hike hardly 10% but no variable - indirectly no hike Lot of amount go as tax, less tax saving options. Promotion - they won't promote real talented people. Lot of scrap we can see

...a service agreement of 1 year before telling you any benefits during onboarding. If you leave in 1 year you will have to pay 3 months of salary. They have no employee centric policies. Very few client projects , low skilled work, lots of politics. Don’t trust reviews here and join this company, you will regret it.

Not giving the proper salary hikes, also they do not have any diwali bonus instead of bonus they are just giving the gift option which they had avilable between the range of 800 rs to 1200 rs.

...ptops for work from home 3. Employee harrasment is done with non sense things 4. Salary growth is very low and your variable pay will be consumed all the time 5. Poor infrastructure with broken chairs and 90's monitors 6. No work life balance 7. Poor practices followed 8. Strict Floor hours 9. For home, on screen time is captured 10. There is no compensation for additional worked hours 11. Poor quality trainings
