Amazing company with very transparent process and mostly fair in appreciating and promiting employees. Good leadership team and also the managers are good. Atleast for me.

Could give better pay to employees. The only reason for my switch was compensation.

Salary is average once you spend some time in company. There are no facilities for canteen or snack.. No allocated parking as well . Very bad employee involvement programs in gandhinagar

You can get market value inform of salary but ready to work almost 11 hour per day. As this is existing organization and having older customer tools and technology is also not updated one. They will not give you any other benefit like WHF laptop or internet expense or travell allowance. They will manage events like marathon and fun Friday and you need to pay to participate 😀 example for marathon need to pay 400. I have never seen this any where. Politics is on top here. You can see 80% people is from 80s and having that typical mentality who don't want to upgrade them self and not allowing others. Micro management is there.

..., they expect you to be Superman who starts coding/testing without proper KT. 5. Cybage has not declared variable pay which is 10% part of your CTC. So your CTC is in a way 10% decreased. 6. No work from home 7. No transport facilities. 8. No technical training. Only soft skill trainings which is done by internal trainer, and those are pathetic 9. My advice: Stay away, stay healthy.

work culture is like typical MNCs, fancy offices pool, carram , TT to play. And full of politics by manager and leads. They will give you full attention through out the year, and at last after poor increment they will tell you that your performance was not upto the mark.
