The behavior of the owner of the company is not right, here only sycophants are listened to, there is no respect for the workers, hence this company is no longer respected for the workers, hence this company is now completely

In which company I worked for about 13 years and got the experience which was good some time and some time great but one thing I experienced is that there is no respect for the workers in this company, sycophants are prevalent here.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
