Though it's a Chinese company but their culture is good. The chairman is a very good person A growing company and will soon become one of the biggest non alcoholic Beverages company in Nigeria.

Inexperienced senior management creating gap with the prime owner, no market awareness nor study. The owner ( MD ) must moniter the India operations without which they will not survive the India market. Other product shown would be the gem of a product of this company which was stalled . Beverage scope was literally disturbed by top insider. Extremely strict timming & daily reach office then venture into market. Future is extremely good for this company if managed properly

Product range scopefull but nil on the management side as people of foriegn origin who have no indian/Business operations experience tend to while away there time of work like coming in sharp at 9 & leaving at 5 Sharply. Its better if the company takes note of this for its new business. Appraisal !!! its new to this company better ask before joining
