I went in blind but after just one year had the best experience with the best people. The people-centric culture and the time and space given to grow and experiment with different types of work really made the difference. Good eye for talent. Good mission.

No respect for time. Cult like culture. Family rules all. No focus on training and growth. 8-year-old "startup" still fumbling to find its footing. Massive Churn rate, revenue is lacklustre.

A great place to learn and grow your skills. Almost every role is cross-functional so, you can gain all the exposure you want whether on business or product side. There is a work from home and hybrid model in place with regular workations and team outings. On top of that, the work culture is really something which is given utmost importance here.
