Salary delay, no contributions made in PF account by employer for last 8 months, no defined roles and work deliverables, no compliance and integrity followed. No appreciation, rewards and recognition policy, no payout and gift to employees on big indian festivals being an indian company, no team budget and quarterly party funds, very low medical insurance policy coverage.

Company values it's Employees and trusts its employees. It shares the success employees. This is what I like in the Company

Process are still amateur improving them would definitely take into the success that c-Suite is aiming at

The company is working on innovative solutions but sadly the management is short sighted and doesn't see the larger picture hire and fire is what they are best at

The management is not at all supportive to its employees HR needs to be impartial while making descision

Top management and hikes are good.

Dislikes

Work culture was good earlier. They brought a new Manager who is very biased with the people he referred. Insults your work, Egoistic and very arrogant. Think twice before joining into Customization team.
