Secured job if one performs even decently. Some benefits are good like bonus. Appraisal will be generally decent. Pretty good work life balance.

Too much dependency on a single client. The higher management has a circle among themselves to do favors within them. Some managers are like dictators. Too many HRs for no reason. Non existent CEO.

Good company for beginners and intermediate professionals. Remote work job security (Very few instances of termination) Scope of learning for freshers opportunities for Data science moderate hike and promotion can be hindered due to preference and office politics.

Very few projects in company being a project based company, only Big project is Ashley furniture group. Toxic work culture in some teams enabled by some seniors in company. No major perks and less learning culture QA culture and practices not upto industry standards especially Test automation.

I worked with CA for 5.8 years and it's a great experience for me. Interview process: Technical round, client round then HR round will be there. Team and Culture: It is fantastic environment to work, very good team,managers, clients and HR. Everyone will be easy to contact and help you at each need. Team will always help to learn n grow in current and technologies. Once in a while we will have employee connect with HR, where we can share all our feedbacks n concerns. Work life balance: We can find a wonderful work life balance at CA, especially for women's it's a good place to work n balance your family.
