No job security. One day HR will call you and ask you to leave. CTO wife is quality head she was teaching MS office and MS Excel earlier. They eat together stay together and she will tell him everything that happen on floor. US management knows everything. HR department people are stupid. No work life balance, management can change timings anytime as per their convenience. Don't join company.

Major problem here in CTS tech is dirty politics and it’s completely controlled by one person only MR CTO (who is controlled by his wife). So ultimately no matter how talented you’re and how much skills you do acquires you always need to l*ck their a* s or else they will fire you. THEY BOTH ALWAYS TAKES A CREDIT OF GOOD THINGS AND PUSH OTHERS IF SOMETHING WENT WRONG (Even if that is there mistakes) Dear Mike, could you please look into all of the issues. Please try to connect team members 1 on 1 anonymously for feedbacks or else that day is not far away when no one will be there in tech team and you again need to give entire contract to some agency. Dear readers avod joining this company as of now.

All the colleagues are very helpful and environment at the company is very healthy to grow. This company is best for fresher and people who are eager to learn. Company also gives you the opportunity for your personal growth. Overall the culture and people are great here.

Pathetic culture, no job security, all managing directors sitting at america and hr is the king in this company, they discarded total 7 employees along with me within 2 months just listing reviews from hr and cto, this company has policy of not taking relatives still they appoint cto’s wife in the team, as he blackmailed management about leaving job of the management will not appoint his wife, very pathetic and dirty politics going on this organization. They appoint you as per their needs and discard by hearing anything from anyone but you. Do not join.

Great work environment, supportive staff. Managers are very good and know their stuff very well. Moses Lokhande is the best manager I have ever seen. He has brought so many changes which have made a big difference to the company.

The office space needs to be at a prime location and around the city center. This will make it convenient to travel.
