The compensation and benefits of the company are truly amazing, absolute job security with the best management team, I have almost completed 7 years in the company but never feel any issue with anything.

I would say about the career growth that you gonna get very less opportunities for growth as people are not making positions empty for other employees, and the company doesn't have vacancy very often.

How good you are working that doesn't matter but how good you are licking boot that's matter . If you want work in cushman especially in eastern region you need to a good boot licker . The eastern zone of cushman is a complete circus and the regional head Mr prantar sengupta is its ring master he is the root cause of toxicity in eastern region.

...omotion. 3-4% hike will be given at maximum which is half of the inflation rate. They will charge 2-3times of your salary to the client still not gonna give hike.

Cushman & Wakefield is a Good organization but the Senior Managers are Poor Knowledge & toale them understand will be very tough & small minded fellows

Net salary not satisfied & Senior Managers are worst & they doesn't know work & company culture

Site based job, no perks, no travel allowance, less salary, job location will be in expensive cities only, no food options at office, no gym in office, poor parking facilities, no play zone
