While hiring fake promises were made but none were fulfilled. These people lied through their teeth through the whole hiring process.

... are not allowed to use your brain because others don't use their brains either. They have mistreated numerous employees, made fake promises of growth and promotions and salary hikes, making them leave their already stable jobs to join this start-up with no vision and no respect for it's employees. It high time start-ups like these are brought to accountability for their misbehavior with their staff.

It has been a rewarding experience. The work culture is really nice. The environment here encourages discussion with other teams. I as a junior nutritionist have been asked about opinion to many process changes that have directly affected me before the changes were made. I feel I have a say at how I work and how I want to take care of my patients.

Its been 7 months that I have been associated with Curelink and it has been really great working here . They actually consider to our advises and concerns and that really helps an employee to stay motivated . Really grateful to be a part of the Curelink family , looking forward to work here for many more years !!

Good work culture. People are given ownerships very early in their career which catapults them to faster career growth. People, here, have undying spirits when it comes to taking challenges.

As it is a seed stage growing startup one at times might need to work for more than the 10-7 job time. But no one forces anyone!

Interaction & collaboration in the team . Full authority & power to exercise. Founders are very connected & friendly

Nothing major People tends to make opinion very fast . As it's an early age startup process & system change very often very fast you have to be highly adaptive .
