At the beginning it was all okay till few months. I dont work for salary i just work for incentive. I do earn good sometimes.

Forget about you mental health and work life balance. No proper leave. Alot of politics. Managers will only like the one who butters and if u earn more than them forget your peace.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are allways very supportive and the managementis very transparent and company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salaries too..

No words to say About that industry.. If u work to hard never Grow and Not give promotion and salary packages... prefer works not much needed of Workrs.. if u complete any new project or other tasks then if u left automatically Gived over up pressures dumping...
