Focus on hiring overseas PhDs into key higher position while not being able to evaluate their expertise or willingness to work. Lack of ownership and communication between leads and teams. No learning or training excercise. Person centric system.

The below reviews are for the manufacturing unit and departments related to them and not regarding R&D plant. 1) A lot of discrimination against none Telugu people even from support staff, Hindi speakers considered as enemy's, even the people who join at manager position face this issue and get not support. 2) Canteen service is poor. 3) No work life balance, forced to work in double or triple shifts. 4) A lot of non compliance. 5) Unequal work distribution. 6) Most of the People shifted from closed aurobindo plants are useless and a burden on the team. 7) once again a lot of discrimination against all non Telugu people, even support staff don't listen or cooperate if you are not a Telugu speaker, also every time you approach someone new, will always ask, "Telugu or Hindi?" And then decide to cooperate or not. Not saying ki all of them do this, but most of them surely do this.

1.Do not scare the employees regarding the heads or managers name it’s not purely professional 2.There are many things to be changed cultural wise. Overall work culture to be improved a lot between the employees.
