Dislikes

The family culture in the top management and lack of professionalism. One of the associate directors, biology, treats the employess including team leads as a slave. Two pairs of husband-wife in the managorial role are making this a family business. These closed group of people (with simply a MSc degree even in the position of VP, associate directors specially in the biology department) always try to find faults in people with higher degrees (PhD) and try to harass them at any cost. These people have never let any highly qualified persons survive in this company more than a year. Never appreciate new research ideas and then blame on the people. I guess this is expected when you put some less qualified people in the managorial role. Very slow promotions as well,
