-they do not pay salary on time, I haven't been paid till now. - they terminate people within 15 days of their employment citing poor performance. - no management - 6 days working - 10- 11 hours everyday.

Working with cur8 has been an extraordinary. As a software engineer, I have the opportunity to work with the latest AI technologies. One project that stands out was when we integrated a new AI model to enhance our product's performance, which resulted in 20% increase in efficiency for our clients. The leadership team is incredibly supportive and always encourages us to learn and innovate. The company culture is positive and inclusive, making it a great place to grow both personally and professionally.

Everything to dislike here especially the founders. This company hires people, make them work for 4-6 days and then fires them without even paying the amount for 4-6 days. They’re just exploiting talent. Whenever you will visit their website they will always be hiring aggressively that’s because they’re always firing the people they hire within a week. No one in their company is an experienced employee because even they know that an experienced employee will not stand for their extremely toxic culture. They only have 18-22 year old kids working for them who are always under the fear of getting fired without even any notice. How they fire people is very ruthless. They don’t tell you you’re fired. You’ll come to the office, open your laptop and see your accounts have been deleted and when you inquire wirhnHR she will say “oh you’re terminated you may leave rhe office” Please do yourself a favour and don’t work here because you’ll be made to work 14 hours a day with no holidays and then get fired for no reasons and without any notice or warning. There are no sick leaves; so you better never fall sick because you take a leave even for a day if you’re sick, the next day you’ll be fired for taking a holiday to rest. 6 weeks a day and sometimes 7 weeks a day with at least 14 hours a day of work everyday!! No matter if you give your 110%, you’ll be fired. You will always be under the pressure and fear of getting fired for no reason at all

The result is proof of that I have been able to do here in just a short few months! We managed to grow one of the fastest-growing pages on LinkedIn based solely on the power of the content that I produced! And the best thing was the complete autonomy I was given right from choosing the topics to posting the content and that too for such an important social media property that had over 80K+ followers. I got to contribute across marketing posts, content strategy and much more and work with a smart bunch of people who all were picked on pure merit so literally no politics but just pure good work happening The place is only meant also for people who want to be career achievers and want to take the next leap in their careers and not for anyone who just sees this as any other job. This can mean that if you are slacker, things get tricky but I am glad I was able to pick up pace and deliver some amazing results! Super learning ground to sharpen your corporate muscles!

I got to land this opportunity because by chance and I thank my stars for getting this! I was limited by my previous experience to only working on website UI but I had the chance to explore much beyond that as well and really create an impact on multiple properties including the skill profile, social media properties, website, community tool, and much more! The depth of product knowledge that the founders bring in from their experience is immense and really helpful when creating products! I am now in fact exploring new technologies so that I can meet all the new work that keeps coming my way!
