...ire management is unstable with no sales strategy in place to boost the revenue. On top of that salary is never on time, you literally have to beg for your own salary, fnf is pending from last 6 months, and owner is saying they don't have money to pay.

Fake promises and doesn't stick with decision of compensations and incentives. Amount of work and dedication is inversely proportional to salary and incentive.

Top management is very poor, they don't know what to commit to the clients and then expect us to match their commitments. Don't have any concern for their employees, they just want that we work for them 24/7 and by 24/7 I mean literally 24/7. They think everyone works unethically as it is what they did to get to the top management.
