I really enjoyed working with BD team everyone is very helpful over here and always ready to take the initiative to help others and a positive environment and there is alot of scope to ,earn here and i personally thank to Binay, kunik, Munaz, sakshi and JP bhai all the team members are really motivated and of good nature too.

Dislikes

I did not liked that there is no flexibility over Work from home on health and other emergencies that can occur in someone's life i think that it should be more easy for the employs side if they get an understanding mindset from their seniors during some health or functions and i would also say that it can help the organization to be more free towards their staff as they can also work more hard as there will be a flexible environment. I think they should change their old policy and start with a more flexible mindset.

Everyone is approachable be it the top management. Your suggestions are been heard. Good Culture. Great learning opportunity for freshers/beginners entering into corporates.

The company adheres to Strict Schedule. Weekends should be observed as non working days.

Being part of Cunix is a really great opportunity for me, I like the company environment and people of Cunix they are very supportive and encouraging, and learning many new things in the company.

- Alternate Saturdays are WFH. It should be given as an off - Some processes should not require approvals from Accounts team for the benefit of the organization
