Additionally, the maximum salary hike of 12% per year feels inadequate in light of the high expectations and workload placed on Junior Shop Managers.

Good Brand name in market. Customer giving preferences over other competitors in the market. Work life balance will be biy challenging, but Hybrid work culture makes the things in easy way.

At Cummins generator technology working me on painter and my experience was good in working on that painter section. Also Cummins have good safety precautions. Cummins have highest production quality I have seen it. Overall my working experience was very good
