...es are allocated to teachers who are new but after some time it is not assigned.For one hr trial class the pay is *50 rs*.Even the student doesn't join a teacher needs to be on time and has to wait for 20 minutes.Due to any circumstances if a teacher in unable to take class then he/she is penalized 200rs.One time only 6 hrs before,the class is allocated and I didn't check in my system that class was allocated to me and suddenly I saw that 200rs were cut.There is no mail or msg before any class.Baseless reviews are given by the review committee to cut the teachers credentials.I don't know why the company is recruiting too many teachers if it is unable to satisfy the old one.

No doubt support system is there but no payment or salary is not satisfying however trying to manage in it because of its flexibility

No Work-life balance- working hours only start,they don't end No support to women in terms of period leaves, if management knows you are pregnant they set you up for failure so you can't ask for a maternity leave. People doing this are women themselves.

Good Colleagues. Smart, kind people with knowledge about education. The founder is an educator and very involved in everything.

Dislikes

Lots of chaos. Very sarkari atmosphere. Some useless people who draw less salary but do minimal work and get by.
