Salary is not regularly month and not fix date . 2 month salary is hold and then next month salary drawn to 1st month salary. And u r given regicnation after 3 month salary hold . HR (Durba madam)department is work is not good .

see sample Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

2 month late cycle with half salary, neither infrastructure nor IT nor even staff support, No increment in 3 years, No arrear given even after declaration, treated less than even labour, No dues paid after 3 yrs which was officially written, cut salary without consent to donate in relief work, Resign not being approved, No experience certificate issued. Corrupt Management.

Company first of all not giving you joining letter and also they don't support you when you are in problem. If you have issue then you have to solve yourself never expectations from company.

There is so much politics and giving Late salary in part, low salary & appoint for more work, no workmanship, good place for lazy people, weak management

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
