No proper policy. HR can change it anytime. No paid leaves at all. No good compensation. Not fit for people who want some growth in life. HR can change your rating anytime to lower your hikes.

The only good thing is you will become damn good in handling office politics because that's what you'll be facing at Cubastion all the time.

They fire you at any point of time. Zero appreciation. Worst work culture. You will start feeling the negativity when apprisal/bonus period is about to come.
