...ment with out any request or personal opinion of employee, just like a order. If employee do not like to work in that section and leave the company than they cut whole the remaining salary. In that case 1st they frequently change their statement such as next week salary was credited or i am on leave so after 2-3 days salary was credited And finally, they give their final statement , no amount remaining . Overall, all things are worst so i do not need to explain how much testing is there. Eventually, ctx is very cheap company.

...o talk employee, use very abuse language. Some store keeper becomes HR persons. Very poor all policy, poor health insurance, delayed in increments and doesn't pay veriable delay increments. 0% job security in QC department, There is too much politics in QC department, Poor leave policy, Shift timing in 8.20 hrs No any festival celebration here Deduct paid holiday leave like rakshabandhan , uttrayan. Very bad canteen food in noon, and worst to worst food in second shift, there is no taken any action after complaining about canteen. And also paid canteen. Dont go there.

Good and sophisticated insutruments are there and many pipeline and good molecules are under development , so get good exposure to work on some niche and recently off-patented products for research work.

Dislikes

Culture should be little bit enhanced to the corporate work culture. HR and Management runs this USFDA plant like a small factory culture. Need some developments.

People need to understand that we are working for organisation, CTX. We have to support each other irrespective of from where we belongs to.
