...ible sallary... (even an Auto Wala will earn more then you . After 5 years )... Worst work culture, slow growth rate, after 10 years of work your salary will be around 30 % of current market rate. They are carrying only 10 -20 people those are in the company from last 15-20 years. And all juniors are working here to make the seniors salery. No work culture, either you are gate man or gm you have to report directly to mr. Raman aneja. He will give you promise that I will change your and your family life if you ll be loyal for me and work 24*7 no personal life is for you now. They will hire you and will plan your backup after 3 years because they know you have to left after 3 year. So if want only experience then its a good school. Please do not expect for good salary and to be setal here.

As a tool maker in tooling department I working in latest mold assembly,grinding and blue matching of male female parts are very interesting.

... good behavior but seniors are very good they are guided me in anything working.salary is not good ,o.t.is not OK.

Management and manager are treating to employees like a dog .work pressure given to u as a machine not a person.while joining they told 8 hrs shift but u must to do work 13 to 15 hrs. Inside company like a hell. Phone not allowed in side company.after joing 3 months u going to full depressed

There senior behaviour were daam worst, they will treat you like a dog, or a labour. They even dont know how to manage the situation, only frustration mind set is there and specially Govind is the team leader of EDM department, he is really a worst person i have ever seen, he treat you like a dog to there employee, even they didt treat you like a employee. Worst experienced i have ever done. Govind is the worst guy i have ever seen. He even dont know how to talk .
