Noting likes about this organisation.

Dislikes

They keep cheating the freshers by saying "you are an network security engineer" will have good pay keep trust and work hard.. but finally after working for ages in css they will use you and they start hunting you and will make to move out from company so that instead of giving pay or increment they will hire freshers and keeps cheating again and this cycle continuous..Here the managers are not tech based and hired through BPO based.

I worked at css company 2021 in offshore sagar uday at mumbai. 50 days worked ind offshore but i got the salary 11500 only balace salary not giving css company please give my balace salary. Css group please increased offshore workers salary 🙏

I worked in a client location the colleagues were really good and supportive.no job security.carrer growth depends on the client you work for.donot expect for salary/ appraisals not even the shift allowances.

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
