... to come to office and if they are not going ,they will be treated very badly. Salary...it's offensive. Forget about benefits, you cannot even discuss the Diwali gifts which you are getting by the organization to your friends from other organisations. POLITICS. Some creep wierd male employees making females employees uncomfortable by staring and touching..and there is no one to hear you out. Even tea and coffee is not free in this cafeteria.

Lot of politics inside office old team leaders are thinking that they are the GOD and very rude behaviour by Project Managers and Leaders, perfect example of poor management, less job security, Some people inside put down the culture of the company. And many more bad things are happening....

Favourism, bad canteen food, extra weekend work with no compensation for that , if you start doing good work they will start putting a lot of load on you and your senior will enjoy their time, not at all supportive.

The worst experience of my life. They hire people with false promises, and after joining, they deducted salary unnecessarily every month. Internal team, high level of politics that make gona mental.

Salary and benefits could be better. Login, logout time should be flexible . If require hour should be maintained. Project planning section should be proper before development.
