Only good if you are permanent gov employ (kaamchor) here, no facilities for temporary project staff or scholars, either you live or die, no insurance for the scholars/project staffs, either you get burnt or get cancer while doing research here, no medical facilities for temporary staff, Even group D peon or cleaning staff don't respect the temporary staff/scholars. At that time when i was working in csir-cdri lucknow as a trainee it was my one of ther best experience to grab knowledge and practices through their scientists and with these nique knowledges we can grab any type of work easily and sustain our life much better after that end .

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA.
