As it did not give any salary to VLE's , All is service comission based, it should provide some salary to VLE's as commission to the services is not that good.

First and foremost they credited the salary at the very onset of the 21 day lockdown in march. That helped in motivation.

politics Ineligible senior Seniors don't know anything about work, they only know how to brag. Sycophants get promotions. Sycophants are good and hardworking and people who actually work don't get any respect. The work of sycophants is also given to those who work and the sycophants take the credit for it. Even HR doesn't listen to anyone. The HR of this company is useless. Whoever you complain to, he goes and tells the same to the boss and then that boss makes your life hell.
