Compensation is decent but growth is slow . Work load are too high and presure is more to complete work . According to work sallery is not good .

In the biometric punching machine, if there is a delay of even 1 minute in punching in and punching out, then absenteeism starts happening.

Great working culture and environment for the all progressional. Great leadership. Timely salary. I felt good to work with this organisation because there is always innovative things comes or suggest from the management to learn and work over that. I learnt a lot while working here and improved to ourselves personally or professionaly.
