No Job Security. Work life Balance. Very Low salary hike. No career growth. No transportation facility, no hybrid or work from home mode. 9.30 hrs of shift Poor management and guidance. Sudden termination/releases without prior notice. Lot of favouritism from seniors. Very poor management. Policies are not being properly followed. No time sheet so tracking of task done by employee are not locked. Seniors are causing demotivation. Worst place to work even for single day.

Work culture is good. Security of job. Salary is on time. HR team is supportive. Always supports in a prospective manner. All are professonals. Seniors and upper management are cooperative.
