It's an organisation that thrives for excellency and also trains ambitious persons who are willing to go further with the idea of innovation and success. The two days(Saturday and Sunday) fixed off was really great for me to plan some other works and Church timing. It also provided both sides cab and one time meal.

Dislikes

The kind of pressure is sometimes unbearable. The salary increment is too slow. Salary is minimal compared with others organisations.

Good working environment, superb HR and Management Team. Shahbaz Khan, Sunil Solanki all are great and helped me a lot to perform. Nidhi -- HR is also very helpful and cooperative Superb Talent pool to work with.

I have been with this company for years. To be honest, it has been a wonderful experience working here, with a great company culture. The organization genuinely strives to support its employees in every way possible. I am deeply grateful to all my colleagues, trainers, managers, HR, and even the admin. All the managers and team leaders are extremely understanding and treat their employees fairly without showing any type of favouritism. The management approaches every situation thoughtfully, always ensuring that the decision are made impartially and with careful consideration. Everything here has been truly amazing.

They don't give value to employee feedback , management and everybody there doesn't have broad mind to think about consequences before taking a decision they take it then think oh we did wrong

Good working environment. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent but less opportunity to grow the technical skills and communication skills.

Dislikes

Not having a 30 mins lunch or dinner break.
