Worst management and politics. Not support. Unnecessary pressure even after not required. They want you to work even on off days. Long working hours. Very bad treatment will be given by them.

Director is extremely sick. A single employee has been handed over 18-20 projects at one time. No work life balance at all. Even on saturdays you have to work. Most worst thing is about timings. Office starts at 8.30 am and shft ends at 6.30 pm. But you have loads of work given so have to wait til late after office hours. Contact previous employees then only think of joining crystal.

A great company to start your career if you are truly focused on work life. A lot of things to learn a great experience to work. But no work ethics are followed and you have to work like a labourer.
