...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Due to no better opportunities for old employees.

... as per company policy. Due to all are facing more difficulties in working area. Compensation is decent, bit growth is very slow and work pressure is very high. I have work minimum 12-14 hours in per day. Also no any appropriation for good work. Appraisals criteria is very poor for laborious employee, but gambler growth is very good in some time.

Very bad.Never expected this out of them.Unable to connect with CEO.They selected me.Told me to work and i started working.I did all the hard work and they stopped taking my calls.If they can do it with me.They can do with a person who actually needs a job badly.No ethics at all

Company has employee friendly policies, has been on WFH mode since the Pandemic. Crystal Hues is a tech driven company. It's processes and policies and well organized and streamlined. It's a good place to work, learn and grow.

I can't say it about everybody in the company but few of them working in the team I was in were very good at what they were doing, helpful every time and friendly.

Politics / If you are good at what you do people will try to bring you down.
