Honestly there is no reason to dislike the Crysta Ivf. They provide salary , incentive on time. Work cultre is very good.

Nothing as such to like here, This organisation is kind of hire as need and Fire at will. It is a startup, when they need fundings, they start hiring and then start firing to hire again. ZERO Job security. They do not communicate well and straight. Thousand conspiracies run around in this office and nobody care of it.

Yeah! I agree that there is no Job Security as generally seen in private sectors. And the work life is bit frustating such as working six days with more than required. Can be improved with if best work policies planted.
