Dislikes

Too stressful to work, you won't feel like getting up in the morning thinking about going back to office again, no salary on time, no transport, no benifits, no privacy even after office hours, the boss has literally tracked down some people in various public places and created scene there,. Everything in office is micromanaged, you can never leave the office on time, some employees are verbally abused by the boss, stay jobless for a few months but dont join here

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products and has a global client base

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high.sometimes I have to work 12 hours straight in a day as need to complete the task. Managers do not value an individual's unique strenghts, also there is no on-job training for freshers
