Don't like anything about this company. I joined this company for better future and growth but in 4.5 years i get only 1 promotion and a hike of only Rs. 15000 in this tenure.

Appraisal they done at the last of the year. and salary they give mid of the month.

Environmental is good. No cheating. Everything is open.Traditional culture, no work life balance, co-operate between internal departments are not good.

Compensation and growth are slow. Co-ordination between internal departments is pathetic.

The company always give threat there employee to achieve the target otherwise can look for another job. Without any notice they can sake anyone, that’s why I don’t like working in this company. Work culture is average.
