Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Cheats of the highest order. They sent me Form 16 showing that Without paying my salary they deducted Income tax and paid to the Govt. Mr. Ankur Patel - Director is not responding to my request to pay my pending salary of Rs. 75,000/ and travelling expenses for August 2019 even after sending my Form 16 to prove it. Don't ever join this company.
