The company is open to explore new technologies and adopting latest stable technologies. Giving a challenging environment to grow with really good programmers, I'm working in back-end team. Android,IOS, Front-end team are always there to help you out with integration issue. Another plus point is they really care for your problems.

... Pretend that you're working hard rather than actually working hard for company. Only few peoples are really dedicated for companies growth, Rest come to spare time and have salary on time.

I am writing to express my disappointment with the way the recruiter Ms. Shweta behaved during our call regarding my face-to-face interview. She was incredibly rude and unprofessional. Furthermore, when I contacted some current employees of the company, I discovered that the information Ms. Shweta provided me was completely inaccurate. I had received an offer of 12 LPA from the Gugaon location, but the positive feedback I received about the company made me willing to accept a lower offer of 9 LPA. However, due to Ms Shweta's behaviour, I have decided to withdraw my application. I would advise anyone considering an interview with this company to proceed with caution if Ms Shweta is the recruiter assigned to them. Otherwise, it would be best to contact the company directly. I felt like she was offering the job of slave instead of a job.

Honestly, I didn't enjoy much about the company, but I did like the role and the work I was doing. It really helped me grow personally, which I am grateful for.

Dislikes

No work life balance, here you have to work day and night and have to give more than 12+ hours. Work culture here is very toxic and brutal and they make their employees feel worthless by constantly pointing out mistakes that aren't even theirs.

The company has excellent growth potential. People are supportive and get guidance to learn and develop further in their roles and skills. Supportive colleagues and people on all levels are pretty approachable.

None, unless you are not interested in working with start-ups. If you are open and willing, there is so much to learn and grow.
