Not supporting in quarantine time... Only one year experienced persons are have salary (basic). Other persons (less then one year) didn't have single amount from Crown Quality Services....

Dislikes

Work and getting projects are worthless for employees and they need only working process from employee, an employee satisfaction doesn't analysis their think about only project and money from that project.

Crown is the third party service provider. I worked with young team. Team Leader, Asm & Manager was supportive. During the emergency they TL's support much. I joined as Quality Inspector and promoted for the position for Residential Engineer in short span.

Dislikes

As Service industry they are unable to give leave on equally all sites due to customer pressure.

Nature of job was good n pressure less job. Shift timings only. That's energetic.

Dislikes

They didn't take any action to pull back when employees trying to left job. Caring of employees were very good. Here that was nothing existing. They need to self analyze why employees left the job..
