Very Shameless Management Specially Rahim Lakhani and HR personal who suggest like this, they first appoint finance people and then outsource TCS, so no future for those employees who are working with company from starting and when these employee are apply to PF withdrawal they again just passed on to other employee of company. No body works with responsibilities but they are very efficient for passing the passing

Outsourcing to TCS their finance department, HR policy for left last employees who left the company.

Company is good, over all safety of employee and take care with respective to the financially ,even no proper production ,but ABI never cut the salaries

Compensation is not up to the compo ratio , Plant management is tell the words only for the we are take cares , but no actions with respective increments /carrier improvement , per Example Higher Posts are Filled with put any Inter Job postings . Noting take care my individual suggestions or ides
