1-Salary on time at end of month 2- Company onwer and his family was very down to Earth 3- Good connection between store to customer. 4- Good skill empowerment to handle customer.

Dislikes

1- There in Pune huge politics in crossword. 2- There cluster manager is play politics with the manager by getting along with the staff. 3- There are 1 lady and 2 male staff in the cluster manager, who have been working in the company for the last 20 years. They do not give values to the store manager, and speak to him in low language and insult the store manager in front of the staff. 4- Head office management is not pick call and not reply on WhatsApp and call any issues releted. They don't take responsibility. 5- Irregular duty, sometimes they do 24 hour duty without extra pay. And they make the store manager work like a servant. 6-Only the flattering employees here are Happy, those who are not flattering are treated very badly. 7- They don't given travelling allowance. 8- There is no work -life balance. 9- The sales management does not treat the store manager and staff well, does not value them. 10- incentive creatira.

Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus.

There is a lot of politics. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

When I was working at crossword my superior and management are good they give me special training for each and every thing seniors Harsh Parashar he support me lot on that time Kamlesh Pal is my area manager he is also well behaviour and understanding for all thing and support like a co-staff. When I was join the Crossword Book Store in 2015 working atmosphere is very good and I love work in this management I gals to be a part of crossword on that time. I’m learning so many things and pass the appraisal RBI & after 1 yrs I also pass my Product Consultant (PC) ASSESSMENT In these 3yrs Idarn lots of thing and improve my skills. The comapny gave me lots of lesson knowledge progress and build new relation.

... was passed my Procduct Consultant (PC) assessment when I clear the assessment Kartik Patil who give the salary to all department and release amount fo appraisal and RBI he didn’t give me my 8500 amount.I talk to upper management and he but they are leave the company on that time or changing Kartik was not listening me and he hold my amount on that time in 2019 no body response me and don’t release my amount yet.

A poor company to work with. No training and motivational work for their employees. Nd they always blame their store team for everything. No job security nd high attrition. Terrible

Compensation is bad, work pressure is too much. Really bad company to work with. managers don't value individual work and mostly r biased towards their religion. For practicing their religion beliefs they can go nd take 50 days leave nd go to haj. But if their junior ask for leave for 3 days they don't listen. Really bad. No on job training given.
