As an employee of Crossland Telematics Pvt. Ltd. I feel free to say that it is a company which uses latest technology to satisfy the industrial needs and also the cudtomers. Working here was great, as of me I got to learn things practiaclly. Rather than getting confined to my department, I also got exposure to networking as well as manufacturing. Though it's a small company, but it a fast growing company. Teammates were good enough.

...k pressure is very high...sometimes i had to work both morning and night shifts. Salary hike is low.

Nothing to like. Very worst and fraud company i have ever worked till date. Huge amount of my and other people salary was retained for no reason from Dec 2019 onwards. Not even a single peny for April and May 2020 but for these months taken full monetary benefits from Govt. of India by showing fake salary disbursement. One of the staff affected from COVID 19 to whom no response was made to clear his due salary and as on date making fake promises to him. If any one wants to see HELL, then this company is the perfect example. Only due to worst administration of 2 Directors the company is totally finished and all the time they loved to do fraud with employees and Govt. by anyhow and still there is no action against them from Govt. despite complaining to them several times.

Dislikes

Worst management style of working of 2 Directors and depriving employees from their salary despite taking 100 percent work from them by creating tremendous physical and mental pressure that too after receiving lakhs of rupees payments from different sources which was more than enough to give salary to 10 to 13 employees as this is the only manpower strength of this company.
