New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Salary is not credited on time, no support from management, no transparency over anything, worst service given to the sellers, you will only get abuses from the customers . Zero support from Managers, instead they will try to school you on every other thing which they are not capable to do.
