The team leaders lack management skills, and employees are treated poorly, almost like helpers. There is no respect or proper work culture. Many long-term employees act like they run the company, making the environment toxic. They also blame employees for every mistake, often criticizing their experience and education. I don’t recommend joining, especially in the engineering department.

It was great experience with Cronus Pharma, except Finance and Accounts department every thing was good.

I don't think so much because I didn't feel like terrible. It was very nice and good for me. Company was good not department.

Its only good thing that the place is well sanitised and house keeping will be done to wash rooms daily 3 times and only thing i didnt like is no work from home.

Timings ,the company should allow employees to work flexibly if they want the employees to come to office on time by 9 then leave them at by 6 and then only the output will be good and late workings is acceptable some times in a month but not daily and if you offer your time from 9 to 8 7.40 or 8 pm at office only .then where is the personal life.
