Great place to learn new skills, especially for freshers.

There is a lack of professionalism in the workplace. Employees are using informal, village-style language such as "aray" and "thammudu." The managers and senior employees are behaving poorly; they lack proper communication skills and do not know how to treat other employees respectfully. They even lack basic common sense. My suggestion to the company is to hire employees with strong communication skills. A person with excellent work skills but without communication and presentation abilities is ineffective. Therefore, the HR team and hiring managers need to prioritize communication skills during recruitment, as it is crucial for the success of any organization.

The team leaders lack management skills, and employees are treated poorly, almost like helpers. There is no respect or proper work culture. Many long-term employees act like they run the company, making the environment toxic. They also blame employees for every mistake, often criticizing their experience and education. I don’t recommend joining, especially in the engineering department.

1.Leave policy is bad,only 12 leaves per year,1 leave per month., 2.They recruited for one position and after joining they are assigning to other, it was ok if employee also comfortable but not everyone is satisfied.
